How To Make Hotties Hot Chocolate?
We recommend using 3 heaped dessert spoon of chocolate flakes into a mug. Add hot whole-milk or a vegan alternative and mix throughly. Cream, mallows and extra chocolate sprinkles help too!
How Much Is Shipping?
Delivery charges vary. Orders to the UK under £20 cost £1.99. Some of the heavy items will be more expensive and International orders will also be more expensive.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping to the UK will take 3-5days. International shipping will vary
What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life is usually 1 year providing the product is stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight
What allergens are used in your products?
Our chocolates all contain soya. All of the milk and white chocolates contain dairy; the dark chocolates do not have dairy added, but they do all bare a milk warning. We do not use nuts or eggs on site. Our Salted Caramel Flakes are the only products we produce that have may contain nut and egg warnings as the manufacturer of the fudge uses them elsewhere on their site.

We aim to deliver your repeat monthly wholesale orders within 3-5 days.
For bespoke orders it can take a anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on quantities but we can be flexible to work with you to deliver just on time!

We can delivery almost anywhere in the world so don't be afraid to reach out. Delivery prices are currently £5 anywhere in NI, €10 in IRE and £8 UK mainland.

We can and do currently supply our hot chocolate in a zero waste way to refill shops across the UK & Ireland. We sell by the kg and can provide additional materials to display & promote our choccy!
